Sickwoman Concrete wants every person who contacts us to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Then tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Sickwoman Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act for a provider.

Steps to File

Email contact@sickwoman.property and include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Resolved?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
